Beautifully designed and super convenient, just minutes from the World Ag Expo, a short walk to food, and near the Sequoia National Park! This is a perfect space to get ready for your wedding or celebrate a special milestone. Whether you're looking for a small event space or a place to lay your head for a few nights while in town, this space is perfect for you. We suggest using your own vehicle to get around. Pets are allowed but there is NO GRASS, only artificial turf, and there are spaces in the fence where dogs can easily get out. "Sneaking" animals onto the property will result in the appropriate pet fees. The home is located across from the park, flower shop, restaurants, police station, city hall, and more commercial buildings. It is not located in a residential area. There is an additional guest fee of $20/person/night after the amount of 4 guests.  Guest Equity is a family-owned company passionate about adventure! We love hosting guests from all over the world.
