The Ranch Guesthouse, wake up to serenity!

Gorgeous guesthouse on a large ranch overlooking green pastures and the Sierra mountains. Serene porch, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two luxurious bedrooms, laundry, & Wifi Welcome to the Ranch Guesthouse, a private house that doesn't feel like a guesthouse at all. This spacious two bedroom guest house is perfect for up to four people traveling to the Sequoias, in town for a wedding at one of the many nearby venues, or in need of a peaceful retreat. Situated on a hill, the home overlooks expansive pastures with cows (named after the Kardashians!) and horses. You're welcome to walk down and visit them! Minutes from the quaint town of Springville, restaurants and conveniences are just a short drive away. Beautiful views of the Sierra mountains all around!  Enjoy impressive views, a calming water feature, fresh air, and all the conveniences of home in this cozy ranch casita. Though it's a guesthouse, it's far enough away from the main house that it feels private. You'll need your own vehicle to get around. You may need tire chains if you're heading to higher elevations during the winter months. As you turn off of globe Drive onto a private driveway. There are several homes go down the private driveway until it ends and bear left as you enter through the gate the guest house is on the RIGHT. The main house is at the very end on the left. The guest house is tan in color - this is the property you're looking for. The main house is white if you get to the very end and cannot go any further you have gone too far and need to turn around. We have a 100% response rate! We are available from 8am-9pm by messaging through the app or calling/texting the Customer Service phone number provided in your check-in instructions. While we’re not available in person, we do have amazing neighbors and friends in the area who can make themselves available if absolutely necessary. As always, call 911 for emergencies.
